Even though I turn off the boiler, the meter keeps spinning.
There is currently a leak in the cold water pipe.
The cold water pipe runs from the meter through the exterior of the building, then into the building and connects to the bathroom, kitchen, etc. If there are no other visible leak symptoms, water is likely seeping underground.
A thorough leak detection is required. We recommend that you contact a professional leak detection company for consultation.
