There is no water being supplied to the water tank.
If water isn't reaching the tank, it won't fill up. You need to check the plumbing upstream of the tank, such as the supply line or the main meter.
If you have thoroughly inspected your water supply system prior to the water tank and still cannot find the cause, we recommend that you consult a professional leak detection company.
